The U.S. aviation agency has ordered a review of maintenance records at all U.S. airlines, after serious safety violations were reported at one major carrier. The airline admitted it flew 46 planes without required inspections. The review comes as the FAA faces growing criticism for allowing planes to fly without proper inspections.
