I just found out that I was Vitamin D deficient. After doing some research I found that optimum levels of Vitamin D are associated with reduced risk of 17 different types of cancer. I have ordered a Vitamin D3 supplement which is the best form and am planning to spend more time outside without sunscreen. Thanks for all the other info on reducing the risk of cancer. I am starting to take it a lot more seriously after finding out about my Vitamin D deficiency.
