Cecina Los Amigos, a Carson, Calif., firm, is voluntarily recalling approximately 290 pounds of pork blood sausages that may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today.
