<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>The firm has received 37 reports of nails being ejected sideways,  including 15 reports of injuries. The injuries were primarily in the eye  region, including five reports of partial blindness.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Description: </strong>The coil nailers are used to project nails into drywall, wood or  other materials.  The model number is NV83A2 and can be found on the  body of the product.  Only those units manufactured between October 2002  and September 2005 are included in this recall.  The manufacturing date  can be identified by the serial number engraved at the end of the  handle, the first digit representing the month (1 for January, 2 for  February, 3 for March, 4 for April, 5 for May, 6 for June, 7 for July, 8  for August, 9 for September, O for October, N for November and D for  December) and the second digit representing the year (2 for 2002, 3 for  2003, 4 for 2004 and 5 for 2005).</span></p>

Gerber has  received no reports of injuries associated with use of the Gator  Machete Jr.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular; font-size: x-small;"><strong>Description: </strong>This recall involves the Gerber Gator Machete and Gator Machete Jr.  with the original handle (see picture below). The Gator Machete is  approximately 25 1/2&#8243; long and the Machete Jr. is approximately 18 3/4&#8243;  long. The blade is marked with the &#8220;Gerber&#8221; trademark. The Gator Machete  and Machete Jr. with a modified handle (an extended hand guard) are not  included in this recall (see picture below). Consumers should visually  inspect their machete to determine if it is included in this recall.</span></p>

Determining if a sensor is included in this  recall requires inspection of the internal components of the unit.</span></p>

The splices are yellow insulated vinyl and measure about one inch long and ¼ inch wide. They were intended for use with 12-10 AWG wire. 12-10 is stamped on the side of the splices. Model numbers 10-126, or 21-126, and Gardner Bender are printed on the product’s packaging. They were sold in packages of 8 or 50.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular;"><strong>Incidents/Injuries: </strong>Cervelo has received 12 reports of forks cracking or breaking, resulting in one consumer suffering a broken wrist and another suffering minor abrasions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular;"><strong>Description: </strong>The recalled forks have a clear coating over black painted carbon fiber, with the words “Wolf Superlite” and related logo just below the crown on each fork leg, and the letters “SL” on each leg above the fork blade dropouts. There is a True Temper CRT™ logo on the inside of both fork legs. The recalled forks could have been included on the following bicycle models: R3, R3 SL, Soloist Carbon, Soloist Carbon SL, and certain P3 Carbon framesets and complete bicycles.</span></p>
